You are founder and director of Mode Sportif, and mother to two young children. What do you think is important when creating a successful balance between your career and dedicating time to being a parent?

Balancing work and family is something that needs to be fluid for me. Separating time for work and time for family allows me to be completely present in the moment, however it’s not always realistic! I believe to create the best balance comes with accepting that some days aren’t perfect, and that’s ok. I focus on doing the very best I can.

How has the advice shared with you from your mother shaped your approach to style at home and in the wardrobe?

My mother Kerrie has always dressed impeccably. She had a professional career and always leaned toward structured suiting, statement jewelry and a heel. I learned by example to always be presentable in my personal style and my home style, I’m more confident when I get dressed, even if I’m going nowhere!
